Roof Cleaning in Vancouver WA

Our cleaning model is called “non-pressure roof cleaning.”  This means that we use a high-volume (7gpm) low-pressure (60psi) pump to spray a specially formulated mixture onto the shingles.  The washing process kills the moss, mildew and mold without jeopardizing the integrity of your shingles while truly treating the contaminants, not just blowing them off with lots of water, or sprinkling a consumer-grade mixture on your roof.

We schedule a two week checkup after the initial treatment to ensure the first application was adequate, and address any trouble spots that will need either additional treatment or light brushing.  We work to make long-term clients out of our customers by finding the best balance between effectively cleaning your shingles while maximizing their lifespan.
