Roof cleaning

Non-pressure chemical roof cleaning in Vancouver, WA. This public facility was looking run down from the moss and mildew buildup on the front of the building and especially over the entry. Though fairly new and it good condition, the asphalt shingles on the North and East sides had dense moss buildup with scattered patches throughout the rest of the roof. The gutters were in need of whitening to remove the mildew from the front edge and underside. It makes a huge difference when you walk up to the building to see it clean and well kept!
