Chemical treatment on tile roofs

This beautiful home in Camas, WA was in desperate need of non-pressure chemical roof cleaning as well as gutter whitening.  It had been eight years since it had been serviced, and the leading edge of every tile was covered with moss.  Moss loves the porous front edge of concrete tiles.  We use a unique non-pressure cleaning method to chemically "paint" the entire roof.  The moss, algae and other surface contaminants are completely dead within 24 hours, and begin to gently wash down in the coming weeks and months, leaving the tiles looking brand new.  All without the risk of high-pressure water.
