This backyard deck gave a beautiful view of several wooded acres, but was in need of refinishing. The old stain had seen better days, and the water protection was all but gone.

Our cleaning method strips the stain off and gets down into the pores of the wood to clean out the dirt and grime. We don't use or recommend the typical bleach and TSP mixture. Our cleaning chemicals are specifically designed for wood refinishing and leave the wood fibers clean, not just bleached out.

Once we had properly cleaned and brightened this cedar deck, we applied a high-quality transparent stain for a beautiful finish.

This two story home sits in the Braewood subdivision of the Evergreen Highlands area in south Vancouver WA. Built in the 70's it had been well maintained, but was in need of some annual maintenance. The mildew growth on the vinyl siding was in the early stages so we were contacted for our our non-pressure house wash. Our cleaning method includes a gentle cleaning solution sprayed on with high-volume, low-pressure chemical pump. We hand-brush any areas that need extra attention, and spray down with fresh water. We hand-brushed the gutters and they whitened right up, too.

We also pressure washed the driveway, patio and several brick pads (they brighted up nicely!). The driveway was especially dark, but easily came clean with our professional surface cleaner and trained crew. The homeowner was so pleased with our work, we were asked to come back and clean her windows, too!

It had been eight years since it had been serviced, and the leading edge of every tile was covered with moss. Moss loves the porous front edge of concrete tiles. We use a unique non-pressure cleaning method to chemically "paint" the entire roof. Algae grows quickly on sidewalks and walkways here in the Northwest making flat concrete surfaces look old and worn. We used our 30" surface cleaner to pressure wash the concrete surfaces at this Vancouver home. The surface cleaner helps keep the dirt off the surrounding areas (like the mahogany fence in the picture) and ensures a uniform cleaning.

White gutters look especially bad when covered with mildew. “Gutter whitening” removes the mildew and other surface contaminants and freshens up their appearance. Non-pressure chemical roof cleaning in Vancouver, WA. This public facility was looking run down from the moss and mildew buildup on the front of the building and especially over the entry. Though fairly new and it good condition, the asphalt shingles on the North and East sides had dense moss buildup with scattered patches throughout the rest of the roof. The gutters were in need of whitening to remove the mildew from the front edge and underside. It makes a huge difference when you walk up to the building to see it clean and well kept!

Here we’re window washing in Vancouver, WA. Though this beautiful home was built several years ago, it was only recently sold. The windows had never been cleaned before, so besides an applicator and a squeegee, the razor blade was our friend. We did a fair amount of additional scraping to get paint overspray and tape residue off the panes. The tracks required vacuuming to get the dirt residue out that was left over from construction. The screens had also never been installed, so we wiped them down (lots of dust from being in the garage!), and installed them. Squeaky clean!
